Hailing from South Africa, the homeland of biltong, Michael introduces a rich tapestry of flavors to the U.S., driving a snack revolution with his innovative biltong varieties with traditional beef. His journey, fueled by a love for exotic tastes and cured meats, led to founding Yebo Craft Beef Snacks, where quality and culinary exploration meet.
Eveline, with her Spanish roots and marketing savvy, brings a deep appreciation for both Spanish and South African cured meats, enriching the team with her diverse palate and expertise. Together, they're at the forefront of offering premium biltong and beef snacks to discerning customers.
